This August, The Uptown Boys are coming all the way from Broadway to Friendship Botanic Gardens in Michigan City. They will be playing two nights, August 6th & 7th from 7:30-9:30 pm.
Who are the Uptown Boys?
The Uptown Boys are a group of 3 young men from New York with over 40 cumulative years of experience on Broadway performing some of the most popular hits from Billy Joel’s songbook. This is one of the biggest acts to come to the area!
When and Where will they be here?
The Uptown Boys will be performing in the Gardens on August 6 & 7 from 7:30-9:30 p.m. (MC boat race weekend – a great place to spend your evening!)
How can someone get tickets?
Tickets are $40/a person – available for advanced purchase (recommended) www.friendshipbotanicgardens.org but also at the door the day of the event, cash or card

An amazing performance surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Get ready to tap your toes and give a standing ovation! The Uptown Boys use Billy Joel’s rich songbook as a vehicle for their stories of life and love in their home of New York City. Whether you’re a fan of Billy Joe or just a casual listener, The Uptown Boys have something to satisfy everyone!
What else do I need to know?
Guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs for a Ravinia type experience or there will be chairs available to sit. There will be a cash bar and food truck at the event. The event is both family and dog friendly (although dogs must stay on a leash) and is general admission at $40 ticket.
