Save the Dunes celebrates 65 years with “Dune Struck”

October 19, 2017

Save the Dunes is ready to celebrate. And they want you to join them! On Friday, November 3, Save the Dunes will be holding their first gala in five years. They’ve titled it “Dune Struck” and they would love for you to come out to the Uptown Center in Michigan City to share their passion for the dunes.

If you hike the trails, swim the lake, relax on the beach, appreciate the beauty of our beautiful dunes, this is one of the easiest ways to support an organization that helps make this all possible.

Dune Struck will be an evening of joy and celebration. You can delight in savory small bites and cocktails from several local restaurants; enjoy performances by Patti Shaffner Jazz Trio, Victory Dog Productions, South Shore Dance Alliance and more; bid on exciting items in their silent auction,  including lakefront weekend get-aways, beautiful dune art, baskets full of gift certificates. And the best part? ALL the proceeds will go directly to the organization.

Tickets are just $50 and are available on eventbrite — or you can call Heather at 219-879-3564 x121 or email her at Tickets are limited, so think ahead and grab yours today!
