Save the Dunes announces line up for Jammin!

Save the Dunes has just released it’s 2019 line-up for their annual fundraiser, Jammin with Save the Dunes, and it’s a good one! They will have a total of five bands, with Robert Rolfe Feddersen back to entertain folks between sets in the beer garden. He has also been crowned emcee this year and is sure to get the crowd involved and out of their seats.

Jammin takes place on June 1 from 4-10pm at Guy Foreman Amphitheater in Michigan City. Save the Dunes is still seeking sponsors and has many levels, starting at just $250. If you’d like to sponsor one of their signature areas (VIP tent, Beer Garden, etc.) it’s $5,000.

  1. The line up will start with River Kittens at 4:00. Reigning from St. Louis this group performs a blend of americana, folk and some amazing harmonizing.

  2. Next up is local favorite, Stealin the Farm. Stealin’ plays a wide variety of styles and genres and are influenced by bands like the Grateful Dead, Crosby Stills & Nash and Widespread Panic.

  3. Following them, will be The Blisters. This young band from Chicago, started when they were 7 years old. They’ve spent more than a decade together and have a fun, energetic and definitely danceable sound.

  4. Headlining this year is The Waco Brothers. The Waco Brothers, also out of Chicago, is led by Jon Langford, an extremely influential musician. The Waco Brothers are said to be a cross of punk and country who never fail to entertain. This is going to be a real treat and something many won’t forget!

As in previous years, Jammin will have a fully stocked beer garden with over 15 local craft breweries. They will also have a wide variety of local food trucks and tents, it’s famous “Kid Zone” full of fun activities will be in full swing, and last year’s craft vendor area will be expanded.
