The journey to The Wanderluxe Collection began in 2015 when Rob Harte, President of NWI Development, acquired Beachwalk Vacation Rentals, managing just 40 short-term rental homes. Since then, the portfolio has flourished to over 140 homes. In 2024, we expanded with new brands under The Wanderluxe Collection, thoughtfully designed by Erin Harrell, Executive General Manager, and Sharon Harte, EVP of NWI Development. Each brand offers a unique experience, tailored to guests seeking memorable stays, while our operational excellence guarantees that every property is meticulously maintained, prioritized, and cared for.
