Share the love where you live this holiday season by shopping local. Many holiday open houses, craft fairs, and holiday markets are about to deck our halls with holiday decor, gifts, locally sourced products and festive afternoons.  So take your ho-ho-ho on the go-go-go and support local business and local charities while gettin’ in your holiday groove.  Be sure to check Facebook for up-to-date info and additional details and let us know about other events. 

Ogden Dunes Women’s Club’s Annual Arts and Crafts Fair, Saturday, November 2, from 9 – 3 at the Ogden Dunes Community Church, 116 Hillcrest Road, Portage.  Local vendors and artisans showcase their work, selling vintage goods, food, jewelry, artwork, and beauty items.  Dig the Dunes will be here selling new merch! Proceeds benefit charity.  More info.

Hannah’s Hope 10th Annual Craft and Vendor Fair on Saturday, November 9, from 9 – 3 at the Portage High School Field House.  Admission $1 to benefit Hannah’s Hope.  More info.

Tuff Dawgs Rescue 2nd Annual Holiday Fundraiser, November 9 beginning at 1 at Best Western Plus Portage Hotel & Suites, 6200 Melton Rd, Portage.  Vendors and raffle prizes. More info. 

Snowfest Arts and Craft Show, Saturday, November 9, 9 – 3 at Boone Grove High School, Valparaiso. Support Boone Grove Athletics! This all handmade arts and crafts show is one of our favorites and not to miss! More info here.

3 Little Birds Holiday Market on Saturday, November 16 at 9 at the Porter County Expo Center, Valparaiso.  Admission $5.  More info here.

County Line Orchard Holiday Shopping on Sunday, November 17 from 9 – 3 at County Line Orchard, 200 South County Line Road, Hobart. More info.

Two Peas in a Pod Christmas Market on Friday, November 22 from 5 – 8 pm at 563 W St. Rad. 130 in Wheeler.  Vintage items, antiques, vintage Christmas décor, hand-made items, and prices that will melt your heart.  Many items are outside so dress warm. 

Holidaze Craft Show, November 23 – 24 at Porter County Expo Center, Valparaiso.  Admission $2. More info.

Journeyman Autumn Artisan Market, November 23 – 24, Journeyman Distillery, Three Oaks, MI.  Local artisans pack the house for this market. Find many unique items, décor, jewelry…and of course some delicious cocktails to enjoy while shopping! One of our favorites! More info.

The Collective Holiday Artisan Market, December 7, 10 in the LaPorte Civic Auditorium, LaPorte, Indiana.  Admission $5.  Food, beer, live music and local artisans/gifts.  Proceeds will benefit local charities. More info.

Deck the Halls Craft Show on Saturday, December 7 from 9 – 3.  Featuring a variety of vendors.  Proceeds benefit the church’s mission, Speed The Light.  Located at Faith City Assembly of God Church at 1314 S. Woodland in Michigan City. 

Mistletoe Market 2019, in Chesterton’s town center, Saturday, December 7 from 9 – 3.  Dress warm! More info.

Munster Holiday Arts and Craft Show, December 7 beginning at 9, Munster High School gym. 

7th Annual Winter Jam Vendor & Craft Show, December 7, Lake County Fair Grounds, Crown Point.  Vendors and local crafts.  10 – 3.

Portage Department of Parks and Recreation Annual Christmas Craft & Vendor Show beginning December 7 at 9.  2100 Willowcreek Road, Portage. 

Hunt and Gather Market, December 13 at 5 pm and 14 at 10 am, Lake County Fairgrounds, Crown Point.  Admission fee.  Music, food, crafts, vintage, jewelry. 

Beer and Wine Lovers Holiday Bazaar, December 14, 2-5pm. Come on out, sample some beer, wine and spirits and then do some shopping! Lots of sampling for just $10 in advance ($15 at the door). Arcadia, 100 Washington in Michigan City. Tickets available here.
