Farm Dinner with Spire Farm to Fork Cuisine

Dig the Dunes heads out to Barefoot Acres Farm in Rolling Prairie, where Brad Hindsley, Owner and Executive Chef of Spire Farm to Fork hosts his first Farm Dinner. Tastings from Four Horseman Brewery and Journeyman Distillery were on hand as well as tours of the farm by owners Randy and Laurie. Fun was had by all, despite the drizzle, and a delicious dinner prepared by Brad completed a wonderful day.
