Dig the Dunes wants to “Get Fit” in the New Year.

It’s no secret, Dig the Dunes likes beer. In fact, if Dig the Dunes were a person, we might just have a little beer belly! So….what are we going to do about it? We are going to get fit!

Dig the Dunes is excited to work with Troy L. Ford of Troybuilt Fitness for a Get Fit, Get Food series.

How does it work?
Well, first of all you need to sign up. These classes are limited to 20 people. Then, head to Troy’s on January 23 for the first “Built Camp” class. Built camp is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Each class includes challenging cardio activities like jumping jacks, jumping rope, agility work, plyometrics and muscular endurance and strength work including body weight exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, squats and lunges, along with lots of core conditioning—all set in a team environment for added motivation. And, it’s perfect for all levels. Troy works with everyone!

Then, we know you will be starving when it’s over. So, everyone will head over to Chickpea in Michigan City, where Moe will have a delicious family style meal, complete with sangria, waiting for you! He’ll have loads of healthy options.

Cost is $25 and includes class, dinner and a glass of sangria. Troy plans to set up a different style class paired with a different restaurant each month. It’s the perfect way to meet new people, get fit, get food, and have fun!
