Barre + Beyond is a boutique fitness studio specializing in Mind Over Matter Method, known as M3, a signature barre technique formulated for all stages of a female’s life. This challenging yet safe total body workout melds the best from Ballet, Pilates and Stretch Conditioning and is modifiable for all fitness levels. Set to upbeat music, each exercise series includes specialized movements coupled with complementary stretches to strengthen and sculpt the upper body, lower body and core. By targeting individual muscle groups, this unique workout not only builds strength and tone but also creates a long lean physique, a physique much desired by women of all ages.
Bleu Lotus Yoga offers a diverse and talented team of instructors who lead a broad spectrum of classes, including Hatha for beginners, hot, yin, meditation, Pilates, prenatal and children’s yoga classes.

At Bleu Lotus, we can help you identify your objectives and then provide you with an offering of yoga classes that best suit you and your goals. We offer walk-in classes as well as the opportunity to sign-up or reserve your space in class online. Special offers include two weeks of unlimited yoga for just $20 or monthly auto-pay for just $40 month. Drop-in for $14 and new students will receive a second class within seven days.
What makes the Bleu Lotus experience rich and rewarding is a comprehensive schedule of classes, workshops, and retreats that are designed to complement you on your yoga journey. We currently offer over 13 classes each week in a wide range of styles. Our class schedule will continue to grow monthly as we add new instructors to our team.
