Badass Women of the Dunes

February 27, 2019

Looking for a fun tour of the trails?

Join the Indiana Dunes National Park, The Dunes Learning Center and Save the Dunes for this program that features many of the historical badass women of the dunes.

Hop on a bus and learn about the legacies of women who made history but might not be talked about in history books. You will explore, hike, and discuss the places in or near the park that shaped the lives of these influential women. The bus tour will begin at the Indiana Dunes Visitor Center and trek to several others areas inside and outside of the park.

Participants will get to enjoy short hikes and explorations of the places these women fought for as we share stories and inspiration.

More information about the event can be found here. There is a $35 program fee registration. Register here.
